I break my self-imposed silence to announce the publication of my book When Mexicans Could Play Ball by the University of Texas Press. I think it is probably my best work because it combines most of my skills, but I've said that before so I won't go into here again. I will be interviewed by Texas Public Radio this week and I'm scheduled to be at the San Antonio Book Fair this spring.
